Delete your account

In the app

Open the app, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account itself (name, email, mobile number, password)
• Every vehicle you saved to your account
• Your registered devices (so push notifications stop immediately)
• Your notification history

What is kept

Any request you’ve already submitted — a quote, a service booking, a vehicle inspection, or similar — is kept as a business record, the same way it would be if you’d never created an account. It is no longer linked to your deleted account; an advisor can still see and act on it, but it can’t be traced back to your profile. A photo or document you attached to a request that’s already linked to that request is kept with it for the same reason; anything you uploaded that was never attached to a request is deleted along with your account.
